Abstract

The research is aimed at studying the relationship between the dimensions of PERSONALITY TRAITs, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and COUNTERPRODUCTIVE BEHAVIORs among personals of dairy factories in shiraz city. The research’s sample include 300 personnels of three dairy factories in shiraz city with different educational degrees.58 individuals were male and 242 ones were female. Three questionnaires namely Neo personal characteristics, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and COUNTERPRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOR questionnaires have used for data collecting. The finding showed that there was a significant difference between COUNTERPRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOR and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, extraversion and consciousness based on educational degree and introversion based on personnel’s experience. Among personality components, consciousness and inconsistency have effects on EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and COUNTERPRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOR, respectively.
