Abstract

This research was design to study the efficacy of GROUP LOGO THERAPY on increasing HOPE in patients suffering from esophagus & stomach CANCER. Randomize subject pre-post- test with control group design was used in this study. Participants were 30 patients who were assigned randomly in to experimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups. The experimental group received GROUP LOGO THERAPY for 10 sessions (two session’s pre-week). All participants filled out ADSHS two times (pre-test and post-test). The results of ANVOVA test showed that GROUP LOGO THERAPY increases HOPE (social, educational, love, familial, job and pastime). Generally this study showed that GROUP LOGO THERAPY is an effective treatment to improve HOPE in esophagus and stomach CANCER patients.
