Abstract

Three factors affecting traffic between the environment and human means, latter factor, the human factor is complex. Therefore, the traffic culture that clearly depends on human behavior is a complex phenomenon. Different countries over the past decades have tried to improve the environment in addition to, and by, the activities and behaviors of those important steps in the field have in traffic. It is clear that the effects of the recent investment in the complexities of human behavior appears progressively. This essay discusses the culture of citizens in reducing traffic accidents descriptive and analytical method and it will pay according to collect, analyze this data and questionnaire ethics of citizenship in Iran and some countries traffic. The most important feature in the field of traffic culture, transparency of the authorities, the participation of non-governmental organizations, the emphasis on education at an early age, the emphasis on increased costs and the Abuse of advertising. Although deaths from traffic accidents has decreased somewhat compared to previous years, but still in our country indices related to traffic accidents compared to many countries in the region and the world not in good standing.
