Abstract

The lack of Political development of society with existing potential is one of the socio-Political issues of the Iranian society. Because, in spite of the capacities, potentials and capabilities of the society, our country did not have a proper process for Political development. Development of time can have a positive impact on society that is sustainable and balanced. In order to achieve sustainable development, all the capacities and potentials of the society should be utilized in a desirable manner in order to develop the process, structure and function of Political development appropriate to the needs and conditions of the society. With the knowledge and knowledge of the capacities and potential of the community, there can be an appropriate planning for the Political development of the country. It seems that the social Political climate of Iran has faced many challenges and obstacles in its Political development from one hundred years ago. In the context of the lack of Political development during the constitutional era, factors such as colonialism and imperialism and the alienation of foreigners in the external dimension and the inability and insufficiency of the Political system and internal problems in the internal dimension can be pointed out. Iran, during the Constitutional Revolution, did not achieve Political development due to lack of attention to internal and external realities, despite the vast wealth of oil during the years 1962-1979, especially late in this period. Because the development pattern of the country is more developed than developed according to the structures of the developed countries, rather than being tailored to the internal conditions. The revolutionary society of Iran during the first decade of the revolution, especially with the end of the imposed war with respect to Islamic beliefs and revolutionary necessities and social desirability and the presence of people in all scenes and their participation in Political and social dimensions as an important factor, Political development Started
