Abstract

This article has been taken from a research that its aims were to prepare capacity of elite on the Development of Process on the basis of Iran cultural Diplomacy. Its methodology was descriptive of survey one. The population of the included academics, including professors, students, administrators and cultural managers. The selected academic and administrative were 4, 500 people, who were enrolled in the school year and that this served 96-1395. 354 people were chosen according on Morgan table using stratified and simple random method. The researcher made questionnaire was designed by the deep study and theoretical Development based on domestic and foreign research& it was developed in 84 items and confirmed& its validity and reliability (0. 845) were confirmed. It was calculated using descriptive and inferential statistics with Using the software SPSS, of the data analysis. Results showed that, with regard to the content of the questions And research and theoretical capacity of 3 components extracted including the operation of elite ideas, the space infrastructure Elite and elite based on the preparation of the country's cultural Diplomacy in the capacity of an elite based on Iran Diplomacy Cultural. Also among the factors the highest average among factors (21/3) to take advantage of it, also has the lowest rate of Capacity Elite ideas (01/3) the appropriateness of the elite based on Diplomacy Cultural country. The structure and rules in order to utilize the capacity of the country's cultural elite were on desired situation. According each group of participants (teachers, students, executives and managers of culture) point of view, there were no significant difference about the impact of the factors in the use of elite cultural Diplomacy.
