Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the position of CULTURAL SYNERGY in SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the country. In today’s world that the cultural assimilation is fading away and the existence of various cultures is enriching the cultural pluralism. The CULTURAL SYNERGY is among the most important factors which can lead to sub-cultures enactments and different cultures in the process of SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT in Iran. CULTURAL SYNERGY is an appropriate approach in SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT in Iran which is a combination of different cultural approaches. It also leans on the interactions of different cultural approaches with identity and social unity preservation. It considers differences as much as similarities and reflects the cultural co-existence off all members of society and its role in SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the country. CULTURAL SYNERGY can enrich the inter-cultural dialogue and SOCIAL CAPITAL and SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the country.
