Abstract

This article with adoption Comprative-Hermeneutic approach looking for discover whether “FETRAT” foundations can address the “being” of human and changes in the contemporary world or for doing that we should use Secular approaches? For this purpose, in first place we define “FETRAT” concept and it’s exposures with real world and then we explore SECULARISMs connotations and human definition in this approach. In this article the claims of Secular approach and FETRAT approach and their facilities have been compare with each other.
