AN APPROACH IN THE STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL THEORY BASED ON NATURE-ORIENTED EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Abstract

 Background and purpose: One of the most important issues that is concerned in Islamic education and training is HUMAN NATURE, that’s not only capital and a wealth of knowledge, but also it’s such a compass and navigator that helps human beings on the way of transcendence to reach their God. This research has been done with the purpose of investigating structural-functional theory based on NATURE-ORIENTED EDUCATION AND TRAINING and it has investigated HUMAN NATURE’s performance in different states, conditions and situations and in the combination with other aspects of human beings (soul, MIND and HEART).Methodology: this paper is done through descriptive-analytical method.Findings: Based on the findings of theoretical discussion and in accordance with the results, it was found that HUMAN NATURE-oriented education and training causes pacing “the path of getting close to God”; and the TRAINEE becomes a “pilgrim in the path of getting close to God,” and the TRAINER has the role of God conductor. HUMAN NATURE that is the education capital and his/her guide.it is divided to the rational nature, the SOUL nature, and the HEART nature.Conclusion: The results show that concerning and training the aspects of human beings (soul, MIND and HEART), based on HUMAN NATURE-oriented training and education, can cause stimulating intellectual and thinking ability of TRAINEEs in monotheistic and growth and transcendent of TRAINEEs’ HUMAN NATURE-oriented lifestyle. Also education and training pattern should set up based on educational values structural systems in order to provide the basis of fosterage and actualization of knowledge in HUMAN NATURE. In order to codifying a comprehensive educational plan in the field of educating HUMAN NATURE, MIND, HEART or any other educational system, both divine and secular, it is needed to recognize and concern all educational requirements.
