Abstract

This paper aims to investigate "the relationship between ORGANIZING THE MARTYRS' CEMETERY and promoting the CULTURE OF SACRIFICE AND MARTYRDOM between the families of Martyrs and non-Martyrs in HAMADAN PROVINCE".The method of this research is cross-sectional survey. The population is the families of Martyrs and non-Martyrs in HAMADAN PROVINCE, using the Cochran formula, 768 persons as the sample (384 Martyrs families, and 384 from other segments of the people) selected using stratified random sampling of the population. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire. The validity method used to obtain the content validity and Cronbach's alpha is used to measure reliability (alpha of the questionnaire=94.0 percent). After data collection, data analysis was performed with SPSS computer software. In the description aspect, one-dimensional tables, frequency, percentage column, standard deviation and graphs were used and also in the inferential aspect, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA were used to test the hypothesis. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship between the dependent variable (the promotion of the CULTURE OF SACRIFICE AND MARTYRDOM) and the main independent variable (ORGANIZING THE MARTYRS' CEMETERY) which means that the CULTURE OF SACRIFICE AND MARTYRDOM will be promoted by ORGANIZING THE MARTYRS' CEMETERY and the view of the people will change into positive.
