Abstract

The elites are extremely important from the perspective of the Holy Quran, given their status and power to influence the evolution of society. The growth and evolution of any society is a function of the will of the elites and their alignment with the values of society, and in the process of globalization, in addition to seizing opportunities, they can turn threats into opportunities. Objectives: Achieving the elite motivational components of the Holy Quran, their ways of strengthening and effectiveness and their evolutionary role. Method: Using the "content analysis" method, and utilizing the Qur'anic verses and extracting related statements in the elite domain, as well as analyzing them and classifying the extracted topics, the mentioned components were obtained. Results and Conclusion: The components of elite selection in three areas of vision, orientation and secretarial and empowerment methods in two parts of reinforcement and promotion are considered. Another finding is the effectiveness of elites in creating a desirable and transformative society that can be evaluated in both the infrastructure and the stabilization and sustainability phases. Another consequence is the reciprocal relationship between elite propositions for growth.
