Objectives: The fulfillment of prospects is always one of the main concerns of universities. This research, focusing on Imam Sadiq University (AS), examines the conditions for the implementation of the vision in line with the strategies of the university presidency and its officials. Method: The strategy of this research is to use thematic analysis for analyzing qualitative data. The statistical population of this research is the officials (with emphasis on the director and the plan and program manager) and the faculty members who were selected for the purpose of obtaining approximately all the comments, 21 people were interviewed and the results of the interview were analyzed. In the analysis process, 382 basic themes, 95 organizing themes, and 10 comprehensive content themes were then drafted, and then themes network related to the research questionnaire. Results and Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, the following ten key factors are recognized as key success factors for achieving the vision of Imam Sadiq (AS) University: "the appropriateness of the university's vision with university resources, the environmental factors affecting the implementation of the strategy, the need for strategic planning and implementation in line with the vision, the need for human capital management appropriate to the eye Provide the necessary resources and allocate it in line with the vision, brand management and imagery of the university, directing the internal and external interactions of the university by the university head, management style and leadership in accordance with the culture and vision of the university, adaptation of goals and motivation Stakeholders, together with the prospect, strengthen the organizational culture of the university in the members of the faculty and students ».
