Abstract

QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE is a Macro concept including dimension like, PHYSICALLY DESIRABLE in the workplace and SPIRITUALLY DESIRABLE in the workplace.The main goal of this article was measuring the rate of QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE in the workplace. Theoretical framework and analytical model were presented through taking advantage of theorists like Human relations approach. This research was in way survey and with questionnaire with enjoys face validity, construct validity and reliability (Cronbachs Alpha, above 70%). The research population consists of workers of Sabaniroo Company. A sample of 200 workers was selected, using stratified sampling method. The result indicates that: There is a significant strong association between social trust, social cohesion and social participation and QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE level. The multiple regression analyses and path analyses shows that the strength of the relationship between the set of factors (social trust, social cohesion, income, social participation, years of education) and the QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE is.485. The coefficient of determination explains 48.5% of the total variance in QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE.
