Abstract: 

In this research in order to consider the rate of the students' attitude to moral values and related factors to it, different sociological and psychological theories have been used. The research has been achieved by using the cross sectional survey method an using a questionnaire over 817 boy and girl students in the third grade in guidance school in hamedan province (urban and rural) and by applying stratified sampling method. The relation between variables illustrated that the variables of parents bounding to moral values, students religious believes, the friends' moral values bounding, the teachers' moral values bounding, social acceptance of moral values, the students social satisfaction, expecting benefit from moral values, moral values evaluation advantage and the students' social confidence all have had a significant and direct correlation with the students' attitude to moral values. But the students' relative deprivation sense and parents' socio-economic status variables have had a significant and indirect relation with the students' attitude to moral values too. The girls have also had more attitudes to moral values than the boys. The results of regression analysis illustrated that the variables of parents' bounding, profit expectation, the students religious believes, social acceptance, the teachers' bounding and finally the students social satisfaction all have had a positive and significant effect on the students' attitude to moral values.

Abstract: 

Quality of Working Life is a Macro concept including dimension like, physically desirable in the workplace and spiritually desirable in the workplace.The main goal of this article was measuring the rate of Quality of Working Life in the workplace. Theoretical framework and analytical model were presented through taking advantage of theorists like Human relations approach. This research was in way survey and with questionnaire with enjoys face validity, construct validity and reliability (Cronbachs Alpha, above 70%). The research population consists of workers of Sabaniroo Company. A sample of 200 workers was selected, using stratified sampling method. The result indicates that: There is a significant strong association between social trust, social cohesion and social participation and quality of working life level. The multiple regression analyses and path analyses shows that the strength of the relationship between the set of factors (social trust, social cohesion, income, social participation, years of education) and the quality of working life is.485. The coefficient of determination explains 48.5% of the total variance in quality of working life.

Abstract: 

Citizenship education can be the transformation of knowledge, s k ill s and values to children, so they know themselves as an effective member of the public life of society and train as responsible citizen. Among the mass media, television in term s of non-formal education is one of the best educational and cultural means." Those gr oup of ads which are prepared to develop knowledge, ethics and pub lice wisdom of the society, are called educational ads". (nematollahi, 2002: 10). Cultural ads first time was broadcasted on Islamic Republic' tv by Minisrty of Energy, from then on, other agencies including Police, National Gaz Company, municipality by producing and broadcasting educational ads tried to educate important issues in the framework of advertisements. The main goal of this study is "investigating the role of educational television advertisement as one of the factors of development and expansion of citizenship education". The research was conducted by library and the survey method, the sampling method is cluster sampling and for collecting data questionnaire were used. The study sample size is 348 person. Results show that education, residence area, occupation, broadcasting time of ads, satisfaction with broadcasting ads is effective in attention to educational ads, the time of broadcasting ads is also effective in satisfaction of audience with ads. Attention to educational ads cause the audience to act out educational ads and according to ads citizens has been treated the same and it led to development of citizenship education. Providing better educational ads can lead to training more responsible citizens and their hopeful participation in the development of community.

Abstract: 

This article is based on the research, the relationship between social identity and sense of social security, as the basic concepts of humanities and social sciences, has been studied. Social identity as a fundamental part of social life and social life is the product of experience. On the other hand, Social Security has its roots in the social construction of identity and social institutions and social interactions and reproduction individual identity, play a prominent role in social security and feel secure that. Considering that women constitute half the population, community and social identity and social security to injury high sensitivity and are more vulnerable, in this study the relationship between social identity and sense of security among women in North and south of Tehran has been studied. Scale reliability and validity of research results with regard to its reliability has been confirmed. All women in the study population consists of working age (64-15 years) living in southern and northern Tehran to be. Using the formula Cochran making a total of 1044 persons (262 persons from each region) as the sample size and selection have been studied Research has found significant relationships between two variables, social identity and sense of security among women in north Tehran does not show, but among women in south Tehran, the correlation between these two variables is observed. P means the two variables discussed above, the Pearson correlation coefficient and the test results (335.0=r) has been confirmed in 95% confidence level.

Abstract: 

The current research in order to study the affecting social factores on intergenerational Gap peoples 20-24 years and their parents in khalkhal city. Our focus in this research is on the importance of Generation Gap between youths and their parents. Theoretical framework and analytical model were presented through taking advantage of theorists like, Georg Zimmel, Peter Berger and Thomas Luckmann, Ronald Ingle hart, Erik Erikson, Jacqueline Good now and Veml Bengston. This research was in way survey. With technique, "questionnaire" which enjoys face validity, construct validity, and reliability (Cronbach Alpha, above %70) done in data gathering. The statistical population in our study consists of all young people at the age of 20-24 in khalkhal city along with their parents, consisting of 5746 people with the sample size of 360 people, multi-cluster and quota sampling method was used to select sample members. in order to analyze data we used descriptive and inferential statistics along with statistical software, after preparing matrix tables. The research finding showed there were a significant relationship between the intergenerational Gap (dependent variables) and variables: identity crisis, value redundancy, value pluralism, individualism, religious beliefs and social trust.

Abstract: 

Social position of each actor affected by Types of capital economic, social and cultural. Difference in capitals of Individuals, provide different preferences and tastes, in the leisure and Suitable Leisure for living Plays an important and effective role in form ation of character in youth. In the present paper, Target is identify relationship leisure practices with economic and cultural capital of families of students.Approach Paper is descriptive -casual that to follow describes and identify the relationship and correlation between types of leisure with economic and cultural capital Among students of Tehran University. The research method is survey and statistical population includes all students of Tehran University the in the year 1389. Calculate the sample size, 400 people were selected by using the formula Kukran. Sampling has been disproportionate stratified and simple random that schools of Tehran University Was considered as class and each school in the sample is with a disproportionate share of the population. Leisure practices were divided into five groups that are intellectual leisure, interactive- communication leisure, recreation - entertainment leisure, education - art leisure and physical leisure. The results suggest that economic capital and cultural capital affect on leisure activities but The composition of this capitals is different in explaining the variety of leisure activities so that Intellectual leisure activities, education - art leisure, interactive - communication leisure, follow a pattern and physical leisure and recreation - entertainment leisure follow a different pattern.

Abstract: 

The present article is based on a detailed study conducted with the aim of considering factors affecting value orientation (physical / metaphysical) of Azad university students with focus on Ronald Aynglhart's theory. In order to gain this purpose, the study was done on a sample of 288 B.A. students of Islamic Azad university of Arak, who were selected through cluster sampling method. In this research, questionnaire based survey method was conducted to gather data. To analyze the raw data, the descriptive and inferential statistics was utilized including, X2 test, lambda and C dependency coefficient. The findings of the study are summarized as follows: (a) Combined value orientation is dominant among university students; (b) There is a meaningful and relatively strong relationship between sex and orientation value; (c) There is a meaningful and relatively strong relationship between religiousness and value orientation; (d) There is a meaningful and relatively strong relationship between life satisfaction rate and value orientation; (e) However, the results of the study indicated a meaningful weak negative relationship between the rate of using social media among university students and their value orientation; (f) There is a meaningful weak relationship between location and value orientation; (g) finally, there is a meaningful but weak relationship between social class and value orientation.

Abstract: 

The present article is based on a research with the aim of investigate the level of youths' religiousness and identify individual and organizational factors affecting its rise and fall in some cultural organizations in Iran. A survey method was used in the present research and data were collected through using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the instruments was determined through face validity. In order to measure the reliability of the instruments, Cronbach's Alpha was used.The alpha of the factors affecting the level of religiousness was 79% which was acceptable.The statistical population included youths employed in governmental organizations and subordinate offices throughout the country in all educational levels, which were 25.000 individuals, from which a sample of 2.250 individuals were selected by using Cochran formulae. Multistage and accidental methods of sampling were used in the present study. Data obtained were analyzed by using Pearson Correlation-Coefficient, multivariate regression, and route analysis. 73.5% of the participants had high and 25% had low religiousness. There was a significant relationship among need fulfillment, management style, organizational sociability, facilities, friendly relations, organizational dependency, and youths' religiousness. Only between social status and youths' religiousness, no significant relationship was observed. The results of the route analysis showed that all of the above mentioned variables had positively increased religiousness, except the facilities variable which directly decreased the level of religiousness. In order to improve youths' religiousness, it's necessary to support religious behaviors and practices, pay attention to youths' needs, change the management system, introduce organizational values and culture, increase cultural facilities, perform cultural and educational activities, and improve training.
