The present article is based on a research with the aim of investigate the level of youths' religiousness and identify individual and organizational factors affecting its rise and fall in some cultural organizations in Iran. A survey method was used in the present research and data were collected through using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the instruments was determined through face validity. In order to measure the reliability of the instruments, Cronbach's Alpha was used.The alpha of the factors affecting the level of religiousness was 79% which was acceptable.The statistical population included youths employed in governmental organizations and subordinate offices throughout the country in all educational levels, which were 25.000 individuals, from which a sample of 2.250 individuals were selected by using Cochran formulae. Multistage and accidental methods of sampling were used in the present study. Data obtained were analyzed by using Pearson Correlation-Coefficient, multivariate regression, and route analysis. 73.5% of the participants had high and 25% had low religiousness. There was a significant relationship among need fulfillment, management style, organizational sociability, facilities, friendly relations, organizational dependency, and youths' religiousness. Only between social status and youths' religiousness, no significant relationship was observed. The results of the route analysis showed that all of the above mentioned variables had positively increased religiousness, except the facilities variable which directly decreased the level of religiousness. In order to improve youths' religiousness, it's necessary to support religious behaviors and practices, pay attention to youths' needs, change the management system, introduce organizational values and culture, increase cultural facilities, perform cultural and educational activities, and improve training.
