Abstract

 Objectives: The objective of the present research is to study the effect of SPIRITUALITY in workplace and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT on JOB SATISFACTION of the staff of the supreme leader’s representative office at universities.Method: The method of the study is practical and descriptive – correlation. The statistical community included 148 persons which are selected randomly. Three kinds of standard questionnaires are used for collecting data; First, the questionnaire of Miliman for SPIRITUALITY in workplace, second the questionnaire of Allen and Myers for ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT and the third one is the modified questionnaire of Smith, Kendall, & Hulin for JOB SATISFACTION.Results: The main hypothesis of the research was studied with the simple linear regression test and the linear dependence between SPIRITUALITY in workplace and JOB SATISFACTION has been proved. The correlation coefficient amount illustrate the effective rate of independent variables on prediction of dependent variable.Conclusion: There is a significant relation between SPIRITUALITY in workplace components and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT with JOB SATISFACTION of staff. Consequently increasing in SPIRITUALITY in workplace components and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT will enhance JOB SATISFACTION of staff.
