Abstract

The origin of the UNIVERSITY is fulfilling the development needs of the community. In this way the necessary condition to be successful is to be self-confident and looking for local & domestic solutions to the real problems of the country. Moqawemah Economy (Resilience Economy) is domesctic model of development of I.R.Iran. As a result, the UNIVERSITY can only be beneficial for the country to be governed in accordance with the pattern of Moqawemah Economy.Objective: The aim of This study is an attempt to find initiatives that could handle the strength of the economy according to the pattern.Methods: According to the new issue of qualitative research method was used and expert surveys and executive interviews with 20 experts of scientific, followed by statements derived from interviews.Results: The results of the study indicate 10 themes of understanding of the importance of recovery in STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, understanding of the importance of referring to the pattern of Moqawemah Economy, planning and rational management system, the development of education, people-oriented, need-oriented, self-reliance, entrepreneurship and science diplomacy.Conclusion: The author of the survey concludes in three components: conceptual, attitudinal and structural and functional beside 12 proposals which are presented to policy makers in science and technology.
