Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the EFFECTIVENESS of Security Intelligence Training Course in I.R.I Police University using three levels of Kirkpatrick's model. The study practical and descriptive in nature. To measure the responses, LEARNING and performance of the graduated students, a questionnaire was used. undergraduate students (undergraduates and graduates in training) formed the statistical sample of the study. All students studying at the first level of the training (210) have been measured by counting all. For the second and third level, assessment, LEARNING and BEHAVIOR, 85 samples were selected by cluster sampling. The finding demonstrated that there is a significant relationship between the training and the students performances in the real vocational situation.
