Abstract

The use of satellite RECEIVERs proved to have bad effects on the life qualities of IRANian USERS. I.R.I LAW does not allow such phenomenon, by the ordinary people. I.R.I POLICE started implementing a plan named “Evadication of satellite RECEIVERs plan” to combat the use of satellite by the public. Studies show that the plan could notfulfill the predetermined ends. The present study has been conducted to determine the relationship between banning satellite use and the USERS’ TENDENCY toward reusing. Questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The findings demonstrated that the USERS are significantly inclined to REUSE the satellite equipments after being banned.
