Abstract

Background and objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the ways of Coping with enemy's Threats/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">Soft Threats against I. R. I. Police personnel. In the past years, the extent and severity of I. R. I. Police in carrying out organizational missions has led the enemy to use the tools and design multiple methods to disrupt the image of police officers in public opinion. Given that one of the most basic components of the national power of each military system is the police force of that country and its authority and survival depends on this force, the Threats/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">Soft Threats of enemies can be considered as the most important and most dangerous pest for this vital and important organization. Accordingly, Coping with Threats/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">Soft Threats should be one of the priorities of I. R. I. Police commanders and managers, and in this regard, the range of Threats, tools and methods of fighting against them should be identified. In this research, media, cyber-attacks (fighting against gossip), the impact on public opinion and advertising have been examined. Methodology: This study is of an applied research type and it is considered as a quantitative study which has been conducted using descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this research was the staff members of Tehran Metropolitan Police Headquarter. The sample population was selected in two stages. In the first stage, using the Cochran formula, 223 individuals were selected and then, using a systematic sampling method, samples were selected and the data were obtained from them. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Before the implementation of the questionnaire, its reliability was verified using face validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Findings and results: The findings of the research show that the impact of I. R. I. Police publicity campaigns on the neutralization of the Threats/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">Soft Threats of the enemy against employees was more than other measures; media actions is on the second rank and cybercrime interventions in the face of rumors is on the third rank and ultimately actions affecting the public opinions of I. R. I. Police is on the fourth rank.
