Abstract

Despite achievement to great technology in past centuries, EARTHQUAKES are still unbridled. When an earthquake occurs, the city will be affected. In other words, not only different pants of city will be affected by earthquake and its other result but also other elements of city will be affected in systematic reciprocal function. One of the most elements is street networks which will be blocked because of their length and width and also after earthquake. they may interfere in emergency evacuation and relief activities. So in this project, it will be presented one model for assessment of damages and vulnerabilities of streets. Also according to the position of POLICE CENTERS, each center will have gained the longitudinal and transverse obstruction. The method of this project is based on analytical and descriptive method and according to its aim it is practical. The target population are includes all major and minor streets of Kerman In order to obtain the appropriate ROUTEs, GIS maps of the city of Kerman is applied. After doing the necessary studies and obtaining results, the longitudinal and transverse Obstruction of the any police stations in the city of Kerman has been identified and their effectiveness was determined after an earthquake. The results indicate that the block length and cross each station in each region is different. Some centers are clogging up for this purpose can bring relief disorders.
