Abstract

The main purpose of this research, Skills Training NEEDS ASSESSMENT Based On Land Use Planning In INDUSTRY SECTION in MAZANDARAN that have been implemented as a case study in Qaemshahr & Sari. In this study, Delphi method and researcher- made questionnaire was used to collect data. The population of study consists of all experts, academics and industrialists constitute province. Among them, 50 people participated in the targeted sampling. To conduct this research, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the industry by land use of the document in Qaemshahr & Sari was obtained by using SWOT. The viewpoint of supervision of experts in the problems and training needed to resolve them were collected in the form of unstructured questionnaires. In the second questionnaire, the importance and priority of this training course was conducted. In the third stage, training priorities in the form of couple matrix questionnaire was analyzed based on AHP method. The results showed the training requirements of industry in Qaemshahr and Sari on the basis of LAND USE PLANNING DOCUMENT. Among the extracted training course in order Principles of Marketing, Financial Accounting, Energy efficiency, Maintenance of industrial equipment training courses from the perspective of industrialists, academics and experts have the highest priority.
