Abstract

Tourist SATISFACTION is one of the most important factors in competition and best indicator for growth in oncoming benefits rate. KELARDASHT, located in Mazandaran province, is one of the most crowded tourism sites in Iran. The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting SATISFACTION of ARAB TOURISTS who have visited KELARDASHT in summer of 1393. The results of this study will have significant implications for destination competitiveness and the type of product development and marketing that is undertaken to attract tourists to Keladasht.Researcher made questionnaire were used for data collection. 240 Questionnaires were distributed among tourists. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and KMO and Batlet’s test in SPSS software were used for data analysis. This study found that 5 principal factors, with respect to all the factors, have the most significant effect on the tourist’s SATISFACTION. These factors include: 1.quality of facilities, 2.quality and variety of food and beverage, 3.reasonable price for services, 4.quality and variety of accommodation, 5.variety of tourism attractions in destination.
