Abstract

Belief at corporate social responsibility is foundation of PUBLIC ISSUES MANAGEMENT. Recently concept of corporate social responsibility transformed corporate social responsiveness. This concept is more strategic and organizational than the other concepts. In the new public services theory of public managers was supporter local and civil society. This theory show that responsiveness become multiple and complex. Research as goal–based is developmental – application and on the basis of method is correlation via structural equations model.
