Abstract

With these changes, in addition to the principle of the four constitutional principles that "all civil laws, civil, financial, economic, administrative, cultural, military, political, etc. should be based on Islamic principles", the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child The child, which is approved by the parliament in accordance with domestic law, and the requirements and necessities of time are also considered.
