Abstract

Humanities is one of the most effective factors in Futures Studies. Hence HUMANITIES itself can be subject of Futures Studies. In the present paper, we have tried to refer to effect of FUTURES STUDY in KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT of HUMANITIES. In the present study we have mentioned to a case study with theme analysis approach and snowball method. Validity of the interviews has been accepted because of using experts comments and for accepting reliability, retest method has been used. The result of the study has shown that orientation of HUMANITIES, complexities of human behavior and barriers of human recognition, are the most important HUMANITIES considerations. The present study has shown that the most important impacts and achievements of futures studies in KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT are future forecasting, creation desired changes in future, identification of change factors, realization of offers, getting to desired future, development of futures studies.
