Abstract

Activities related to cultural production of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) are affected by different individuals and institutions creating challenges in these products before, within and after production through the mentioned interferences so that financial costs and more important, social costs would be created. The purpose of this study is to design a combined model of policy in cultural products of broadcasting with the help of various models of policy-making. In order to collect data, questioning from functional experts and questionnaires have been used and to analyze quantitative data, methods of descriptive and inferential statistics with the descriptive-survey methodology have been utilized. The under-studied population of this paper includes two collections of university professors. the Second community is a functional community including two groups of senior managers and experts of organization and effective institutes and organizations on policies of national media that are selected by stratified sampling method This study has tried topresent a proper model in deputy of provinces’ affairs and parliament of broadcasting to formulate a CULTURAL POLICY for provincial centers through assessment of different POLICY-MAKING MODELS and using research literature, available studies and opinions of scientific and functional experts.
