Abstract

One of the most important goals of organization managers is to achieve perfection. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of ethical values in the relationship between Professionalism and Staff performance excellence in School of Marine Science and Technology. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of research method is descriptive and of type of scrolling. The statistical population of the study was all Staff of School of Marine Science and Technology, which were selected by random sampling method using Human method (2015). The research instruments were standard questionnaires of ethical values, Professionalism and performance excellence. The data were analyzed using SPSS and Amos software using structural equation modeling and path analysis method based on the proposed Baron and Kenny. Based on the results of the research, the research structures were satisfactory. Findings showed that there was a positive, positive relationship between Professionalism and ethical values and Staff' performance excellence. There was a positive and significant relationship between ethical values and Staff excellence. It was also found that ethical values in the influence of Professionalism on the Excellence of Staff in School of Marine Science and Technology have an editorial role.
