Abstract: 

Introduction: Universities and higher education institutions need more than ever competent and effective managers and leaders to face the threats and challenges of the modern world. This research for the purpose of investigate studies on identifying the components of professional development of universities departments chairs and higher education institutions. Method: The method was qualitative and a kind of meta-synthesis. The research population consisted of all the related sources with professional development of departments chairs in universities and higher education of institutions from 2000 to 2019 there were 3127 sources. First, 105 sources were selected based on abstract. Then, 79 sources were selected based on the content, which eventually analyzed 60 sources as related resources by theme analysis examined. In order to verify the quality of data, validity and reliability have been provided. Results: Based on the synthesis of related articles, the components of professional development of departments chairs in universities and higher education institutions includes five main categories: leadership / management skills, educational skills, research skills, individual skills and Counseling skills. Conclusion: The five main themes from this meta-synthesis study can be effective model for designing professional development programs for departments chairs in universities and higher education institutions and have useful results to improve the quality of universities and higher education institutions.

Abstract: 

One of the preconditions for establishing knowledge enterprise economy in the developing countries is technological catch-up whose aim is to reduce technology gap in the developing countries. The significant part of the existing challenges and the requirements along the way of technological catch-up and national goals ascertainment will be achieved through the higher education system of country. Along this way, in the present study higher education’ s role in technological catch-up for defensive industries of the country will be explored and explained. Considering the goal, the present study is explorative and the approach is qualitative. Data have been obtained through interviews with academic and defensive industries experts, by content analysis method and via MAXQDA software. These findings display four major factors including: “ technological Learning” , “ knowledge base” , “ innovation network and systems” , “ human resource” have been underscored as significant aspects of higher education in technological catch-up succession for defensive section industries.

Abstract: 

Universities and industries play an important role in the growth of each other and the development of countries. Therefore, this research has identified interpretive approaches to improve communication between industries and higher education institutions from the point of view of managers and professors. The research approach is a qualitative methodology and ethnographic method is used for applied research. . The data of the study were assembled by using participatory observation, semi-structured interview technique and document analysis and then combined with triangulation technique. The type of the sampling method used in the survey is Critical-Purposive Sampling and by using theoretical saturation index, 15 university professors and 10 industry managers were interviewed as a sample. Their attitudes and views with respect to improving the relationship between industry and university were examined. Considering contextual theory, the main results of this study are changes in environmental conditions, academic promotion, competence raise, support of structure, cultivation, managerial change, and context. According to the research, all of these categories can be categorized as improving communication between industries and higher education institutions strategies.

Abstract: 

In recent years, one of the main issues in the Islamic Republic of Iran is the use of sea and ocean. The use of oceans, seas and marine resources, which is the 14th goal of sustainable development, is more based on science and technology, and the role of the country's science and technology structures in their realization needs to be determined and the proper organization of these structures in order to achieve the goals of the Nation Well done. One of the structures of science and technology in Iran is the third generation of universities. In this article, we will look at the determinants of the role of these institutions in achieving the goal of sustainable development. The method used in this research is in the first stage of the analytical-survey and in the second stage it relies on the network analysis decision making method. Delphi questionnaire is developed after extracting the initial indexes for validation. In this paper, it was discovered that factors affect the role of universities in two cultural-scientific and executive structures. The components of these two factors are generally ranked and ranked.

Abstract: 

Recently, "special attention has been paid to the role of incubators and science and technology parks in the Military university. In this regard, sustainable incubators are a new category that the researcher aimed at developing among academics, researchers and companies Knowledge based on the status of stable incubators has been studied. In this paper, key indicators of sustainable incubators. To this end, exploratory hybrid research method has been used; In the qualitative section, the qualitative content analysis approach has been used The interview was conducted with 10 expert professors in the field of incubators. By repeated review and analysis of written interviews, stable incubator components were identified in the development of social capital. 60 semantic units were extracted in the form of a 13 code In a small part of the study, a descriptive-survey method was used and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to survey the views of 280 graduate students of Mazandaran universities who were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were then compiled using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) process, analysis and component The results of this study showed that the component of the mandatory educational and research commitment with a relative weight of 0/3 is most important in the incubator for the development of social capital. Abstract: 

The main objective of this research is to investigate the role of organizational virtue on the performance of staff members of Imam Khomeini University Naval Force Navy. This research is correlated according to the purpose of the applied type and according to the data collection method. Descriptive and survey group is correlated. Cameron et al. (2004) and the organizational performance questionnaire of Sharif Abadi and colleagues (2011) have been used. . The statistical population of this research includes all employed employees who have an organizational aspect and were involved in the Navy's Naval Imam Khomeini University. The total number of employees was 230 and the sample was 140 according to Morgan's table of 140 people. Data analysis was done by regression test. The results indicate that goodness affects employees' job performance (0. 654). Also, trust (0. 725), compassion (0. 648), integrity (0. 8871) and forgiveness (0. 887) have an impact on employees' job performance on Imam Khomeini University of Navas Navy. As a result, organizational virtue is effective on the job performance of staff members at Imam Khomeini University Naval Force Navy.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of green HRM dimensions on sustainable organizational development. The purpose of this study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method (qualitative-quantitative). Library and field methods such as questionnaires and interviews were used in the first six months of the year. The research population consisted of 15 academic experts and 25 organizational experts, managers and specialists of Saipa company. After reviewing the theoretical literature on the dimensions of green human resources management and sustainable organizational development, the main categories and conceptual codes Grounded theory was identified based on the experts' opinion. Structural equation modeling was used to investigate the impact of nine dimensions of green HRM on sustainable organizational development. Since the t-values for all hypotheses were greater than 1. 96, it can be said that the nine dimensions of green HRM have a significant positive effect on sustainable organizational development. The results also showed that analysis and design of green jobs were 0. 555, green HR planning 0. 657, green employment 0. 479, green selection 0. 413, green performance evaluation 0. 461, training Green manpower directly accounted for 0. 802, green reward management 0. 619, green health and safety management 0. 728 and green discipline management 0. 724 for changes in sustainable organizational development.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between organizational loyalty and deviant behaviors in the workplace mediated by organizational virtue among University of Marine Sciences staff. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study was all staff of Noshahr University of Marine Sciences. 340 people were selected by random sampling based on Morgan table. Data were collected through the Anson et al. (2013) organizational loyalty questionnaire, Bennett & Robinson's deviant organizational behavior questionnaire (2000), Cameron et al. (2004) organizational virtue questionnaire. Amos18 software structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data. The results showed that organizational loyalty accounts for 60 % of the variance in deviant behaviors in the workplace directly and 0. 08 % indirectly through the organizational virtue mediator variable. The University of Marine Sciences is meaningful.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is Design of HR Strategies Development Strategies Model of the Navy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research is mix methodology. The members of the statistical community in the qualitative section were 13 human resource management personnel of the Naval Army, 10 of whom participated in the Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP) in order to determine the most relevant research in the first step with the researcher In the second step, every 13 people evaluated the panel as checklist by the researcher to determine the most important indicators of human resources strategies. The members of the statistical community in the small part also included 128 Army Navy managers who were selected through simple random sampling. In order to analyze the research in the qualitative section, a Critical Appraisal Skills Program was used based on the scale of 50 points and Delphi Analysis. In the quantitative part, the fit of the model was used by Amos software. The results of the research in the qualitative section confirmed the three main components including structural, value and Extra-organization strategies, and 9 sub-components and 29 indicators. In the small part of the results, the design of the designed model is well-established in terms of statistical criteria and the relevance of all the main components and sub-components in the range of 1. 96 to-1. 96 is confirmed. Based on these results, the designed model can be used as the future HRD strategies used by the Navy.

Abstract: 

One of the most important goals of organization managers is to achieve perfection. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of ethical values in the relationship between professionalism and Staff performance excellence in School of Marine Science and Technology. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of research method is descriptive and of type of scrolling. The statistical population of the study was all Staff of School of Marine Science and Technology, which were selected by random sampling method using Human method (2015). The research instruments were standard questionnaires of ethical values, professionalism and performance excellence. The data were analyzed using SPSS and Amos software using structural equation modeling and path analysis method based on the proposed Baron and Kenny. Based on the results of the research, the research structures were satisfactory. Findings showed that there was a positive, positive relationship between professionalism and ethical values and Staff' performance excellence. There was a positive and significant relationship between ethical values and Staff excellence. It was also found that ethical values in the influence of professionalism on the excellence of Staff in School of Marine Science and Technology have an editorial role.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational and functional factors on the development of ready officers and naval commissioners of the Strategic Naval Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Accordingly, the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research included experts, university professors and faculty members, commanders and senior managers of the Armed Forces and other maritime organizations. He had a record of service and a minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher and 1535 people. The executive method of this research is qualitative and quantitative mixing. First, the qualitative data method of the foundation was used using coding method, indicators and variables were determined and then the questionnaire was quantitatively used to test the research hypotheses. It has been confirmed by convergent and divergent narrative method and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using structural equation method using Smart PLS software. According to the analysis, the results of this study have shown that the factors of organizational and functional factors affect the development of ready officers and naval commissioners of the Strategic Naval Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The development of ready-made officers and commissioners of the Navy's Strategic Naval Commission has been presented.
