Abstract

 Aims: The purpose of this study was to study the Experiences of practice teachers of practicism on implementing a New practicism Program in Farhangian University of East Azarbaijan. Methods: The population of this qualitative study is the Experiences of practice teachers of practicism in East Azarbaijan Branches of Farhangian University during the academic year of 2016-2017. The 11 practice teachers of practicism were selected by purposeful sampling. A semi-organized interview was used for collecting data. It continued until data saturation. MAXQDA10 software were used for analyzing interview texts and extracting themes. Smith's proposed method is used to analyze the data. Conclusion: The five main themes were extracted: An Imagination of practicism, the role of the practice teachers, the goals and necessity, the strengths of the new program, the practice teachers' suggestions for the successful implementation of the New practicism Program. Each of these main themes also has several sub themes. Findings show that through the combination of theory and practice, Mutual Respect between Student-Teachers and Teachers Guidance Internships, Transfer of guide teacher's Experiences to student-teachers, the creation of instructor-educated schools, the selection of experienced teachers as guide teacher. One of the factors that will make them more focused during practicism programs can be to improve internship and increase student-teacher skills at a desirable level.
