Abstract

The main purpose of the present research is to identify and explain the Key Success Factors in the knowledge base of the manufacturing companies of Arvand Free Zone using the Foundation Data Theory. The grounded theory or data theory is a qualitative research method, which develops a theory using a data set. In this research, interviews were conducted with 30 managers or managers of companies in Arvand Free Zone. The main criterion for determining the sample size was to reach the theoretical saturation point. All subjects were selected using a targeted approach. Data coding and analysis were done in three stages. Finally, the paradigm model was the key factors for the success of the knowledge base of the manufacturing companies of Arvand Free Zone. According to the results of this research, 7 key components of internal and external identified that are Arvand Free Zone (business foundation, infrastructure creation, . . . ), universities (research role, training and training of human resources), educational centers (business education and work), organizational characteristics (culture, structure, process), customer orientation, required capital (capital attraction) and, ultimately, creative, scholarly and expert manpower.
