Abstract

 Background and Aim: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Information Technology, Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on Organizational Performance in the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces political organization. Method: This is an applied-descriptive study in terms of descriptive-survey method. A standard questionnaire was prepared for data collection and after evaluation of the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed among the sample members consisting of all staff, staff and experts of the Ministry of Defense political support and armed forces. The hypotheses were analyzed by SPSS and PLS software. Findings: The results showed that Information Technology is effective in Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning. Knowledge Management also affects Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance, and Organizational Learning has an impact on Organizational Performance in the Ministry of Defense political support and armed forces. In this study, the indirect effect of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance with the mediating role of Organizational Learning was also investigated. The results showed that with the introduction of Organizational Learning variable, the impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance does not improve significantly and the direct impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance is stronger. Conclusion: The results can be used in government agencies such as the Ministry of Defense political support and armed forces to improve Organizational Performance in terms of Information Technology, Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning.
