Abstract

With the outbreak of the ISLAMIC REVOLUTION in February 1979 and the establishment of the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of Iran, during the past four decades, the foreign policy of the revolutionary system in theory and policy statements has always been in opposition to the INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM and in practice while opposing the norms and rules of the INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM, in times of emergency, it has shown its alignment and coordination, but has always tried to show itself as "the point of resistance against the INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM and domineering powers" as its most important work in theoretical and practical field. However, the great powers of the INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM have always tried to force the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of Iran into a dead-end corridor to change its fundamental nature or to collapse it, since the victory of the ISLAMIC REVOLUTION. But the leaders and decision makers of the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC, in sensitive and critical situations, with a degree of harmony, have saved the country from the crisis.The main question of the article is how was the way of dealing with and the impact of the ISLAMIC REVOLUTION and the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC on the INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM and vice versa? In response to the question, it is hypothesized that the ISLAMIC REVOLUTION and the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC have always been theoretically and tacitly in opposition to the INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM, but in practice, in times of emergency and crisis, They have made a minimum of alignment and adoption with the INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM.
