Abstract

In this study, which is kind of functional and analytical, has been evaluated the EFFICIENCY of 9 sport & youth divisions of Lorestan province using data envelopment analysis (DEA) in 2012. The basic data collection sources were the questionnaire which have been made by researcher. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), TOPSIS and DEA Excel Solver software have been used for analyzing the data. In this paper, the evaluation of EFFICIENCY of divisions has been conducted in four departments: public sport, championship sport, education and construction aimed to Comprehensive assessment of the sport & youth Divisions. The DEA model which has been used in this study was output-oriented BCC model. BCC-O models have separately been solved with all approaches and the efficient and inefficient sport & youth divisions and reference set have been determined approaches. Then run the RANKING method using DEA and TOPSIS approaches were ranked separately. The Average rating method has been used to integrate the four RC scores obtained for each sport& youth division. The DEA result show that the most average off EFFICIENCY has been allocated to the championship sport department and the least average of the EFFICIENCY to the public sport and education departments.
