Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to investigate relationship between leadership style and coaches power bases can affect players’ satisfaction in Kurdistan province volleyball league. 120 players in Kurdistan volleyball league was chosen and answered to the following questionnaire: Leadership Scale for Sports (LSS), Power in Sport Questionnaire (PSQ), Athlete’ Satisfaction Questionnaire (ASQ). Experts’ interpretations have been used to verify the initial set of data. Also, the internal stability of questionnaires has been demonstrated by utilizing Cronbach’s alpha (Questionnaire Leadership Scale a=0.88, power bases a=0.74 and satisfaction a=0.87). Findings of this research revealed that Athlete’ satisfaction has a significant and meaningful relation with leadership style instruction and training (r=0.236), social support style (r=0.421) and expert-based power (r=0.236). The results of regression analysis shown that among the styles of leadership and coaches power bases, only the Social Support style (b=0.421 & P=0.001) can predict the Athlete’ satisfaction. Speculating all aspects of this research, coaches are expected to increase their technical expertise and knowledge, and to consider the training styles as a vital parameter.

Abstract: 

Organization effectiveness is main subject on organized openions and is a factor on actions of organization. Purpose of this study is design and build tools for measuring effectiveness of para Olympic national committee of Islamic republic of Iran according to Competing Value Framework. community of this study was beneficiaries para Olympic national committee of Islamic republic of Iran (directors board of this committee veterans and defects federation are blinds and low looking federation) at 1394 and cultural sport team that sent to london on 2012. Static sample is as static community. Searcher questionary is supplied effectivness with an explorative process and after finding the variables some of experts in sport management discussed about premisible of its supeficial and text.230 questionaries distributed and finally 207 questionary has analyzed between samples of distribution searching. with using of analyzing explorative factors 52 question is in dentify in eight frameworks flexibility (6questions), organizational Resource (9 question), Productivity (6question), organizational interactions (6question), Organizational Stability (9 questions), Integrity Staffing (5 question), Human Resource Specialist (7 questions) and Setting a Goal (5questions). Internal fixation of this questionary have calculateed by using of cronbakh ALpha (r=0.86). Results of this search showes that effectiveness questionary of paraolympic national committee of Islamic republic of Iran is according to Competing Value Framework and a suitable theoric framework for measuring the organizational affectveness.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to determine the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational learning through path analysis.150 staffs from Youth and Sport Administration of Fars province were selected using simple random sampling and answered to a questionnaire consisted of organizational justice, organizational learning and organizational trust dimensions. The results generally demonstrated that the relationship between organizational justice and organizational learning is influenced by organizational trust dimensions. Organizational justice dimensions (interactional justice, procedural justice and distributive justice) have positive indirect effect on organizational learning. Moreover, the results showed that amongst organizational trust dimensions (competence, integrity and goodwill), goodwill has the most positive direct effect on organizational learning. Among the organizational justice dimensions (interactional justice, procedural justice and distributive justice), interactional justice has the most positive direct effect on organizational learning. Looking at the fitted model of the study, it is evident that the explained variance of organizational learning reaches 0.32.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge management and organizational effectiveness in the Youth and Sports Ministry's staff. The study population consisted of all employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (N=430) which among them, 203 people, according to Morgan table and were randomly selected. Hsu (2002) organizational effectiveness questionnaire and Probst et al (2000) knowledge management questionnaire were used to collect data. Also, Shapiro Wilk, correlation and multiple regression analysis tests were used for data analysis. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge management and organizatinal effectiveness (p£0.05). In addition, knowledge management, was able to peredict organizational effectiveness. Also, dimensions of knowledge management were able to account organizational effectiveness for 35% of the variance. As well as, application of knowledge and recording knowledge had the highest significant potential predictable for organizational effectiveness. Considering the results, pay attention to manage of knowledge management of workers can be considered as one factor affecting the promotion of organizational effectiveness in all organizations managers, including sports organizations.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational silence and staff’s job burnout of Department of Sport and Youth in Hamedan province. Concidering the purpose of the research, it is an applied study done with descriptive- correlation method. The statistical society of this research includes whole staffs General Directorate of Youth and Sport of the Hamedan province, whose number is 150, according to the Kerjcie-Morgon Table 108 subjects on the other. In this study, the Kolmogorov- Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation, t-test, Durbin-Watson and univariate regression was used. The results indicate that there was a direct and meaningful relationship between organizational silence and jop burnout and all it’s all dimensions. In addition there was, there was no meaningful difference between men and women’s organizational silence. Univariate regression analysis showed that organizational silence can be explained by job burnout. In fact, it can be said that the phenomenon of organizational silence can be a barrier to expressing ideas and opinions of the organizations and individuals which create conditions for job burnout. Hence, identifying the factors affecting it and trying to eliminate them, can facilitate circumstances for employees to express their opinions and ideas, increase their creativity and through this organizations benefit from active and informed participation of their employees to grow their excellence and success more rapidly.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of self-efficacy as a mediator between social support and physical activity participation of students. Research method was correlation that was collected through field method. The population of the study was students of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch of Tehran. The sample was consisted of 349 students who were available sampling selected. Collection data were conducted through personal information, physical activity participation, social support (Sallis et al., 1987) and self-efficacy (Sherer et al., 1982) questionnaires. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between social support and self-efficiency with physical activity participation (r=0.73, r=0.65, P£0.01). Research model was fit. Self-efficacy was moderated the relation between social support with physical activity participation. According to the study, these variables are factors that can increase participation in physical activity student’s. Therefore; it is recommended that the University sports managers and sports officials take the necessary steps to increase the social support and self-efficacy of the students to increase their participation in physical activities.

Abstract: 

In this study, which is kind of functional and analytical, has been evaluated the efficiency of 9 sport & youth divisions of Lorestan province using data envelopment analysis (DEA) in 2012. The basic data collection sources were the questionnaire which have been made by researcher. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), TOPSIS and DEA Excel Solver software have been used for analyzing the data. In this paper, the evaluation of efficiency of divisions has been conducted in four departments: public sport, championship sport, education and construction aimed to Comprehensive assessment of the sport & youth Divisions. The DEA model which has been used in this study was output-oriented BCC model. BCC-O models have separately been solved with all approaches and the efficient and inefficient sport & youth divisions and reference set have been determined approaches. Then run the ranking method using DEA and TOPSIS approaches were ranked separately. The Average rating method has been used to integrate the four RC scores obtained for each sport& youth division. The DEA result show that the most average off efficiency has been allocated to the championship sport department and the least average of the efficiency to the public sport and education departments.
