Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Intra-Organizational Factors Affecting the Entrepreneurship of Sports Organizations. Corporate entrepreneurship has become one of the most significant strategies for managers to improve organizational resources. Accordingly consolidated and synthetic studies of the result of the accomplished research, in the field of ORGANIZATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP, could place a new approach to identify comprehensive solutions for researchers. The study population consisted of all in entrepreneurship`s researches in sports organizations over the past decade since the 2004. In the current research by using META-ANALYSIS methods and using comprehensive META-ANALYSIS software (CMA2), correlation coefficients and statistical samples were analyzed. The META-ANALYSIS result shows that effect size ratio of studies in creative and organizational climate were average and organizational structure, management and culture were low impact on entrepreneurship in the SPORT ORGANIZATIONS of Iran. In explaining these results, it can be said consideration to entrepreneurship is a dynamic issue and it requires proper alignment of factors, such as creative human resources, processes and infrastructure of organization.
