The purpose of this study is survey of strategic readiness in physical education and health Vice-Chancellor of education ministry. Research method was mixed and descriptive-survey. In the qualitative part, Participants included 16 university professors who were interviewed to determine the main component of the questionnaire. The sample in the quantitative section also included 145 managers and employees of the physical education and health Vice-Chancellor of education Ministry at the staff and the provinces. The research instrument consisted of a researcher constructed questionnaire (a=0.96) with 43 items that evaluates three dimensions of the strategic readiness included of human resources, organizational factors and leadership and management. Data were analyzed by using tests of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, Confirmatory factor analysis and one sample t-test with Atlas-ti, Spss and lisrel software. The results showed that the model of strategic readiness in sports organizations are based in three basic dimensions of human resources, leadership and management and organizational factors that indices of model is appropriate and acceptable (RMSEA=0.08, CFI=0.98, NNFI=0.99). Also strategic readiness in physical education and health Vice-Chancellor in 3factores: Human resources, organizational factors, and leadership and management was acceptable. Finally, it should be noted Providing necessary to prepare the organization can play a vital role in the implementation of organization strategies.

The purpose of this research is to identify development strategies the ethics of chivalry among the athletes of the Hamedan province. The research method was survey. The study population consisted of all coaches and referees in the Board sports championship section, Championship Division athletes, managers and experts of the General Directorate of Youth and Sport, Presidents and women Vice-Chairman of the Board Sport, officials venues and sporting venues Competition athletics, The experts and professors, and spectator sports in the hamedan province, in 1394 the number was 719 people. The sample size based on population sizeby Cochran, 186 people were found to be stratified random, were selected. The survey instrument was questionnaires to the Delphi method, developed and its validity was confirmed by experts and The reliability using Cronbach's alpha was./86. For statistical analysis of tables, graphs, measures of central tendency and using inferential statistics, beginning and ending values were determined Perth for normality of data distribution was used in the statistical community, p-p plot and then one-sample t test, two-sample t-test, using SPSS software was used. This study aimed to use the consumer decision-making systematic model (CDSM) to examine sport for all consumer behavior. The present study is practical, in which a research-made questionnaire with approval reliability and construct validity was used. The population consisted of sport for all experts. According to Morgan table, 321 cases were selected as participants. The researcher-made questionnaires were used for collecting the data. The suggested research model was tested using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with using LISREL software. The findings showed that there is a positive influence of marketing mix factor and psychological and environmental factors on sport for all intention. The resultant coefficients indicate that environmental factor has the strongest direct affect on the intention to participate in sport for all (path coefficient: 5.99), followed by environmental factors (2.06) and 4P (1.98). All of path coefficients were significant at the p So the findings suggest that sport for all managers should also focus on the 4P (price, product, place, promotion) of sport organizations and environmental factors (political-administrative, socio-cultural, economic) as external factors rather than the sole emphasis on psychological factors (personal, interpersonal, structural) as internal factors.

The aim of this study was to investigate the The relationship between economic capital and the development goals of Sports success wrestlers in freestyle and Greco-national youth team. The research method is descriptive - correlation. Due to the limited population of 33 subjects responded to a questionnaire sample. The survey instrument included a questionnaire Safiri and Arasteh economic capital (1386) achievement goals Kenroy et al (2003) and sporting success Mousavi and Vaez Mousavi (1392) respectively The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and its reliability coefficient was 0.72, 0.70 and 0.93, respectively. PLS3 software was used for data analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between achievement goals and sports success (t=3.196), But there was not a significant relationship between the economic capital and the sport's success in wrestlers in the conceptual model (t=1.446). It is concluded elite athletes in sports successfully target vessel having a decisive role in progress and Economic capital and a major factor in sports success is not enough. It is suggested that the team's mentors and psychologists have a strong interest in the aspects of progression and goal-setting in athletes.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Intra-Organizational Factors Affecting the Entrepreneurship of Sports Organizations. Corporate entrepreneurship has become one of the most significant strategies for managers to improve organizational resources. Accordingly consolidated and synthetic studies of the result of the accomplished research, in the field of organizational entrepreneurship, could place a new approach to identify comprehensive solutions for researchers. The study population consisted of all in entrepreneurship`s researches in sports organizations over the past decade since the 2004. In the current research by using meta-analysis methods and using comprehensive meta-analysis software (CMA2), correlation coefficients and statistical samples were analyzed. The meta-analysis result shows that effect size ratio of studies in creative and organizational climate were average and organizational structure, management and culture were low impact on entrepreneurship in the sport organizations of Iran. In explaining these results, it can be said consideration to entrepreneurship is a dynamic issue and it requires proper alignment of factors, such as creative human resources, processes and infrastructure of organization.

The spectators have always been one of the main dimensions of football matches and holding matches is not matter without their presence, so, was the main issue of the research the prediction of their re-attendance in the football tournaments. The research method was the survey. The statistical population was all spectators in the Iranian Football Premier League Competitions in the season 2016-17 that 507 samples were randomly selected. A questionnaire on Likert scale was the data collecting tools. The result of the research was a model for predicting Spectators re-attendance in the football matches, it was found that the provided services affect the spectators’ satisfaction and the satisfaction also affect their re-attendance by mediator variables: image, emotional commitment, calculative commitment and loyalty. In the other words, based on the model, 27 indicators through six factors can affect and predict the Spectators re-attendance. Therefore, in view of the main role of the provided services variable, it is recommended will be improved the provided services at the stadiums to increase satisfaction, loyalty and re-attendance of spectators.

The aim of this study was Environment Analysis of IRIB in field of sport. Mix method was methodology of this study that Run sequentially exploratory. The Population of this study in Qualitative method included experts, producers and managers in IRIB that Member of the Sports Council of the Organization that number of them was 9 persons. At the Quantitative method included Faculty members of sport science, IRIB activities and sport activities that number of them was 60 persons that selected in a targeted an accessible sampling. For data collection in Qualitative method used of Semi-structured interview and in Quantitative method used of questionnaire that made According to finding of interview. Its validity was confirmed by 11 media and sports experts and its reliability was in the strengths (0.85), weaknesses (0.94), opportunities (89.9) and threats (0.7) was calculated. For data analysis used CFA test and Mean test. The finding of this study showed that Islamic Republic of IRAN Broadcasting in field of sport has 10 Strong point, 15 Weakness point, 10 Opportunity and 5 threat. High-speed news release in field of sport was the most important of strong points. Not alignment of IRIB university graduates with field of sport TV producer was the most important of weakness points. Younger generation interested in sports was the important of opportunity points and Multiplicity of external satellite networks and easy access to the community was the important of threat points. SPSS 22 and Smart Pls 3 was 2 software that be used in data analysis.
