Abstract

Citizens' Rights are a set of rules that govern the relationship between government and members of the community, and it deals with how people treat with each other, their Rights and duties toward each other., are among other Muslim Citizens who have their own Rights and duties. respecting the Rights of minorities and discriminating against them is one of the things that have been emphasized in the Holy Qur'an and the traditions of the infallible profits (PBUH). This article examines the Rights of minorities in Islamic sources to express the Rights and freedoms explained by the Holy Quran to minorities, as well as the rules and regulations that have been laid down for the establishment of unity and peacefulness between Muslims and non-Muslims. Methodology In this article is, library and holy Qur'an and books of Imam Sajjad ((PBUH)) are books of interpreting and narrative. By examining a number of verses and narrations in relation to the Rights of Citizenship of Religious Minorities, it was concluded that all the Rights of the Citizen, as set forth in the Holy Quran and the thesis of the law, was absolute and unconditional and based on humanity. The Right to dignity, freedom of opinion and speech, the Right to social security, freedom to perform religious ceremonies and other social freedoms, including the Rights of Citizenship of minorities from the point of view of Islam, and Islam recognizes the Rights of Citizenship of minorities as Citizens of Muslims and protects their human Rights.
