Abstract

The main goal of the present paper is the survey of the elements of political culture of the representatives of the first National Assembly of the post Constitutional Revolution of Iran based on the Rosenbaum’ s theoretical framework of political culture. The result of the present research (based on the represent of the debates) show the dominant political culture in the constitutional movement era was an incoherent political culture based on the four factors: exceeding of local political loyalty instead of national loyalty, widespread absence of the accepted and Implementation processes for the managing the conflicts, circulation of the political distrust among the social groups, permanent unstable government in formation and continuity. Authors of this paper with according to a bilateral method (documentary analysis and compare with the main text of the Debates) try to representing the four indicators of the Rosenbaum’ s theoretical framework of political culture.
