Abstract

 Dear Editor-in-ChiefMolar incisor hypomineralization (MIH) is anenamel defect in permanent first molar and incisorteeth. The defects may vary from white, toyellow-brown demarcated opacities that may easilybreak (post-eruptive breakdown) and results inextensive caries or early extraction of the teeth.The unaesthetic appearance of anterior teeth, sensitivity, pain, and difficulties in achieving localanesthesia, and providing proper restorations areof MIH complications (1).
