Abstract

The Purpose of this Investigation was to study the effect of wins and losses on the SELF-EFFICACY of league football players with respect to objective direction. 60 football players randomly participated in the study and were assigned to either an ego orientation or task orientation group with respect to DIRECTION AIM. After and before fame, the data were collected using self efficacy and direction alms questionnaires.Independent T-test indicated that self efficacy of task and ego orientation groups increased significantly before competitions and after win. The results showed that self efficacy of task and ego orientation groups decreased significantly after loss.
