Abstract

In this study, ASSESSMENT of MANAGEMENT INFORMATION for RESPONSIBLE EXPERTs (Deputy of Health, Tehran University of Medical Sciences) was studied. The MANAGEMENT INFORMATION contains planning, monitoring, coordinating, evaluation and motivation. Study findings show that most of the KNOWLEDGE scale related to motivation and most of the PRACTICE scale related to planning. The least of the KNOWLEDGE scale related to coordinating and the least of the PRACTICE scale related to motivation. There was no significant correlation between either age and KNOWLEDGE or age and PRACTICE. Experience and KNOWLEDGE were negatively correlated but experience and PRACTICE were positively correlated. The RESPONSIBLE EXPERTs with line of health were more successfully PRACTICEd than the other RESPONSIBLE EXPERTs. The main finding shows that the KNOWLEDGE and the PRACTICE are positively correlated (r= +0.24), namely whatever the KNOWLEDGE is increased, the PRACTICE is too increased Management (91.4%). Therefore passing the course of educational management and quality assurance is necessary for the RESPONSIBLE EXPERTs.
