Abstract

Chondrosarcoma of paranasal sinus is an extremely rare disease especially in children. In Dahlis study of 635 patients with CHONDROSARCOMA only four patients had mid - facial chondro surcoma. An extremely rare case of primary CHONDROSARCOMA of PARANASAL SINUSES in a 4 year –old buy is presented. A massive tumor involving the nose, PARANASAL SINUSES and orbit was reserted. The pathology report indicated low grate CHONDROSARCOMA. The post surgical sign and symptoms was carefully evaluated. There was no evidence of the disease even two years after the operation. The patient is in good condition.
