Abstract

Introduction: Although, many advances in managements of HEART DISEASE, especially in myocardial infarction, still, many persons suffer from congestive heart failure after myocardial infarction and combat with congestive heart failure till death. Nowadays, different management methods uses for increasing quality of life in these patients; as: drug therapy, heart transplantation and internal & external devices. These methods are very expensive for patients and hospitals. Research in genetic science, tissue engineering and cell therapy enhances desire of save patients and answer many questions in our mind. Nurses have a crucial role in HEART DISEASEs management. Although; development in basic science and cell therapy, they should determine their situations in vector of these revolution and demonstrate their role playing effective in this scene. Goal of this study is demonstrate of STEM CELL role in HEART DISEASE management.Method & material: This paper is a Review article that researcher used of 40 references from IRAN, TILAND, AMERICAN, CHINA, KOREA, UNITED KINGDOM, AND IRLAND. This article after discus about history of STEM CELL, kind of STEM CELL, sources of STEM CELL and STEM CELL usage; demonstrate new methods in HEART DISEASE management. At the end; illustrate several clinical trials completely and conclude according to NURSING role in this methods.Result: All research and clinical trial reveal that 4-6 month after STEM CELL replacement, left ventricular ejection fraction increased between 7-9 percent, end systolic volume decreased, circulation and angiogenesis enhanced in infarction area. More over all, in case control prospective research evidence usage of this method. Do not see any tumor and dangerous arrhythmia. Whatever was done main change in cure methods, but positive role and place of NURSING in health and medical system revolution is more stable than before.
