Abstract

Background and Aim: Spiritual Intelligence combines spirituality and intelligence into a new structure and in recent years it has become particularly important in organizational behavior studies. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual Intelligence and Self-Efficacy and Job Commitment of Naji Border Staff. Method: This is an applied and survey research. The statistical population of the study consisted of male staff of Naja Border Command in 1397 and a sample of 120 were randomly questioned. Data were collected using King's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008), Scherer et al. (1982) Self-Efficacy Questionnaire and Blav Job Satisfaction Questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 84, 0. 86 and 0. 67, respectively. SPSS and correlation and regression tests were used for analysis. Results: The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between spiritual Intelligence and Self-Efficacy, as well as between spiritual Intelligence and Job Commitment. Therefore, in order to increase the Self-Efficacy and Job Commitment of Frontier Command staff, special attention should be paid to their spiritual Intelligence variables.
