Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing championship productivity indicators by component separation (material, financial, human) in Iran sport federations using a survey method of research that is influenced by a limited time domain and is introduced as an action research. A researcher-made questionnaire was used in this study; the content, face and criterion validity of the questionnaire was investigated and confirmed. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method (0. 92). The statistical population consisted of chief managers of Iran Olympic federations. As the population was limited, all federation managers (N=n=26) were considered as the sample using census sampling method. In inferential analysis, one-sample t test statistical models (in order to assess the viewpoints of experts and managers of Olympic federations in relation to productivity indicators), and the method of Leahy and prioritization of t coefficients were used. The assessment of productivity indicators in the existing condition showed that material, financial and human components in the Championship dimension were lower than the standard level.
