Abstract

Consumers of medicinal products and medical treatment should be supported by the legislator on the basis of fairness and justice grounds. To this end, in line with EU documents as well as the patients’ Rights Charter, as well as multiple guidelines, patients should be trained as consumers of pharmaceutical products Medicine. According to the EU guidelines, the manufacturer is required to include information on how to use, maintain, increase the amount of exposure and training on how to preserve pharmaceutical products, even with regard to the place of preservation of medications, taking into account brochures in pharmaceutical packaging. Provides training. In Iranian law, in this regard, the obligation of pharmaceutical manufacturers to neglect the education of patients has been neglected, but consumer associations are required to provide training to patients and consumers. Also, in the Imamiyah jurisprudence, however, there are no references to the right to consumer education; however, according to the general rules of the inalienable rule, it is necessary to provide training to the patients. Accordingly, the necessary training should first be given to the patient and the patient should be informed in the second place. Also, the rule of the requirement for the announcement of Al Jahal, Fima Yatami, also confirms this claim. Therefore, it is suggested that in the specific law, the legislator, in order to protect consumer rights, to explain the right to education in different age groups, especially patients, has the right to training the manufacturer of pharmaceutical products and the manufacturer of pharmaceutical products is obliged to Provide training in this field.
