Abstract

 Today, competition for organizational Agility and improvinng service quality. It is known as a strategic issue for organizations operating in the military service sector. Examining and researching in the field of Agility by emphasizing knowledge-based and knowledge management, can make a big leap in Agility and high performance of supply chain management of military and police organizations. The present study intends to investigate the impact of technology, information and communication with the knowledge management approach in improving the mobility of supply chain management of military and police organizations. The aim of this study is to deetermine the various Agility aspects and how to preform that in logistics system through information technology and communication. In this descriptive correlational study, a researcher-made questionarie was developed using the expert opinion of (jafari et al. 2007) and (Sharifi & zhang. 2001).The statistical population includes employees and manager who work in logistics organization which is a military and police organization. 100 experts were considered as statistical samples. Describtive and inferential statistical methods have been used to conduct this research. The main method for statistical analysis of data in this study is discriptive statistics (adjustment of descriptive statistics (adjustment of descriptive tables, mean, statistical charts), which can be used to estimate the validity of questions from inferential statistics tests(regression analysis, t-test, faridman and SPSS software used. based on the results, the variable of information technoloy and communication with knowledge management approach respectively has the ability to affect and improve flexibilty, responsiveness, speed, competence, and Agility in the logistics system.
