Abstract

 Background and Aim: If logistics wants to be agile; That is, to respond quickly to environmental changes, will increase the satisfaction of productivity and agile support in organizations, and since the components of Agility in different organizations are different, the purpose of this article is to identify the criteria of Agility and Agility. He was a supporter of the police. Method: The present study is descriptive and survey in terms of methodology. The statistical population in this study is experts specializing in various fields of readiness and support of the logistics department in police. The statistical sample of the research includes 15 experts in various fields of readiness and support. The data collection tool in this study is a pairwise comparison questionnaire. The present study was performed using fuzzy hierarchical analysis. The software used was also Choice Expert. Findings: The results showed that the factors of Agility and support of police were: information technology, virtual partnership and cooperation, continuous improvement, formation of knowledge-based organization and agile workforce, as well as identified criteria including: improving accountability, readiness to face with changes, reduce the level of regulation, facilitate the transfer of knowledge and speed up processes. Results: In order to increase the Agility of logistics of police, it is necessary to provide IT infrastructure and knowledge of the readiness and support system by those involved. The ranking results showed that agile workforce with weight (0. 5465), partnership and virtual cooperation with weight (0. 2122), information technology with weight (0. 1231), formation of knowledge-based organization with weight (0. 1091) 0) and continuous improvement with weight (0. 1021) were ranked first to fifth.
