Abstract

This research intends to study the location of a new village for the deployment of human resources in the region and the provision of services for the survival of the city of Ghorve using indicators that are considered inactive from the perspective of passive defense. For this purpose, a powerful and accurate GIS tool is used to generate and analyze maps. The passive defense is a set of schedules, designs, and actions that reduce vulnerability to threats. Given the purpose pursued in this research and the indicators to be followed to achieve the goal, the existing information layers include natural and human factors, each of which maps out the individual aspects of the ability of different regions, and eventually all this The maps are combined after weighing and form a single map, which in fact represents the appropriate areas for the creation of a new village. The results of the study showed that more than (50%) of the rural settlements of Ghorveh city are in very inappropriate and inappropriate zone and only (6%) of the studied villages in the region are very suitable.
