The Relationship between Quality Indicators and Rule of Law and Corruption Control on Logatom Welfare Index

Abstract

 The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of quality indicators of law and order, rule of law and control of corruption on the Logatom Welfare Index in selected countries (countries in the field of development perspective) during 2007-2017. For this purpose, World Bank statistical data for independent variables and Logatom Institute data for Logatom Welfare Index were used. In this study, World Bank statistical data for independent variables and Logatom Institute data for Logatom Welfare Index were used. The research model is estimated using panel data technique. The results show that there is a negative and significant relationship between the corruption index and the Logatom Welfare Index. There was also a positive and significant relationship between the quality of laws and regulations and the rule of law with the Logatom Welfare Index. These include improving laws and regulations and accountability structures; in addition, systematically combating corruption. BazTryf corruption laws and determine the boundaries of social responsibility and local administrator privileges and authority to advise them elderly.
