Abstract

In this paper, the study of factors and variables that cause problems in the process of determining unused items in the organization have been identified and through prioritization and suggestions, measures were taken to reduce these problems and improve the process resulting in quantitative and qualitative improvement of the system. This research is descriptive-analytic in the field of applied ones based on survey method and research-made questionnaire was used to collect information. structural and organizational damages, processes and methods of determining the organization were researched by asking 114 people, including experts and authorities. Results showed that not using employed staff in determining specialized courses inside and outside the organization, lack of efforts to improve the level of education of the staff in the system, proper use of modern tools and equipment, lack of precision of authorities to maintain the optimal use of unused items until final determination, lack of proper management for optimal use of available space for loading and unloading items, lack of repair, rehabilitation and optimization in order to improve the life of items and lack of coordination between commanders and authorities in the process of assigning items to other classes inflict damage that, finally, suggestions were put forward to improve the status of the organization.
